Our team will collect your trash cans on the scheduled day, provided they are accessible and ready for pickup. If your trash cans are not accessible, we will not be able to collect them and you will need to take them out yourself.
2. No Refunds
If you miss a scheduled pickup due to inaccessible trash cans, we will not issue a refund or credit for that service. You will be responsible for taking your trash cans out yourself on the scheduled day.
3. Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your trash cans are accessible and ready for pickup on the scheduled day. Our team is not responsible for any missed pickups or delays caused by inaccessible trash cans.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is as stated on our website and is subject to change. You agree to pay for the services you book through our platform. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by our team while collecting or returning your trash cans. We are also not liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party waste management companies or other entities.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the California Arbitration Association.
By booking our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
